I start from my personal opinion, that every day is a holiday and you don't have to wait for an anniversary to capture it. And it is especially convenient if someone else captures it and you can calmly focus on your daily tasks. In other words, me and my camera were waiting for that "light bulb to come on". And soon the inspiration came - reading once again on the page https://furusato.ee/ about the nice activities of a Lipartia family here and beyond borders. Both - at home and outside. Curiosity grew until I contacted them and told them about my plan. To my great joy, they immediately agreed with the idea - the date was agreed upon and I waited with excitement. And then the day came - December 16, 2022. Obviously, it was my earliest awakening in the last 4 months, because I promised to be there for the family's awakening - to also catch the moment with a toothbrush :). And that's how I got there, through a lot of snow and still in the dark. Get to know - the family Lipartia. Dynamic trio with 5-year-old family daughter Mika, mother Olivia and father Tarieli. To my delight, the family already had experience with a similar project, and messy hair in the morning was not a problem at all :). The camera started with a surprise brought by the elf. The usual editorials followed, one part of which included work. It was nice to follow the works of Olivia, who is a talented artist and known by many under the brand name Lucky Laika - https://luckylaika.com/. While Olivia was busy with her creations, I followed Tarieli with my camera, who is "a man like an orchestra" - he can do everything and achieve everything. The day was busy - starting from the Lucky Laika warehouse (because the time before Christmas is busy), then to the grocery store, and of course the highlight of the day was bringing the Christmas tree. In the meantime, Mika had drawn pictures with exciting stories and also a lovely portrait of the photographer for me. With the arrival of the Christmas tree, pleasant excitement and festivity also arrived in the family. Costume change and beauty minutes for women. Mika's joyful shout (to her father in the other room): "Daddy! Women do makeup :)" still makes me smile. The Christmas tree was decorated, bread was made, and the day ended with a excellent dinner with the flavor of blood sausage. My 11 hours with this wonderful family, more than 600 pictures. Walking back home, I felt a pleasant tiredness filled with wonderful emotions. I am truly grateful to Mika, Olivia and Tarieli. It was an amazing day! The pictures reflect the everyday life of a very loving, caring and active family. Simple statement - in order to photograph the feeling of Christmas - one simple day with the family is enough! 

Let's not underestimate the charms of the everyday :)!

Lähtun isiklikust arvamusest, et igapäev on pidupäev ja selle jäädvustamiseks ei pea ootama tähtpäeva. Eriti mugav, kui selle jäädvustab keegi teine ning ise saad rahulikult keskenduda oma igapäevastele toimetustele. Ehk siis mina ja minu kaamera jäime ootama seda "pirni süttimist". Ja peagi see inspiratsioon tuligi - lugedes järjekordselt https://furusato.ee/ lehel ühe pere toredatest tegemistest siin ja sealpool piire. Seda nii kodus, kui väljaspool. Uudishimu kasvas, kuni võtsin nendega ühendust ja rääkisin oma plaanist. Minu suureks rõõmuks olin nad kohe ideega nõus - kuupäev kokkulepitud jäin põnevusega ootama. 

Ja siis see päev käes oligi - 16 detsember 2022. Ilmselgelt oli see minu viimase 4 kuu varaseim ärkamine, sest lubasin kohal olla pere ärkamise ajaks - et tabada ka hetk hambaharjaga:).

Nii ma kohale jõudsingi, läbi suure lume ja veel pimedas. Saage tuttavaks - perekond Lipartia. Dünaamiline trio - 5-aastane peretütar Mika, ema Olivia ja isa Tarieli. Minu rõõmuks oli perekonnal juba sarnase projektiga kogemus olemas ning hommikuselt sassis juuksed polnud üldse probleemiks :). Kaamera tegi alguse päkapiku poolt tootud üllatusega. Järgnesid tavapärased toimetused, millest üks osa oli ka tööd hõlmav. Tore oli jälgida Olivia toimetusi, kes on andekas kunstnik ning keda paljud tunnevad brändi Lucky Laika nime all - https://luckylaika.com/. Sel ajal, kui Olivia loominguga tegeles, jälitasin mina oma kaameraga Tarieli, kes on "mees nagu orkester" - kõike oskab ja jõuab. Päev oli tegus - alustades Lucky Laika laost (sest jõulude eelne aeg on toimekas), edasi toidupoodi ja loomulikult oli päeva tipp-hetkeks jõulukuuse toomine. Mika oli vahepeal joonistanud põnevate lugudega pildid ning mulle ka imearmsa portree fotograafist. Kuuse saabumisega perre saabus ka meeldiv elevus ja pidulikkus. Kostüümi vahetus ja naistel ilu-minutid. Siiani paneb muigama Mika rõõmus hõiskamine (teises toas asjatavale isale): "Issi! Naised teevad meiki :). Kuusk ehitud, võeti ette leivategu ning päeva lõpetas verivorsti hõnguline uhke õhtusöök.

Minu 11 tundi selle võrratu perega sai veedetud - jäädvustades üle 600 pildi. Koju tagasi liikudes tundsin meeldivad väsimust, mis oli täidetud imeliste emotsioonidega. Olen siiralt tänulik Mikale, Oliviale ja Tarielile. See oli võrratu päev! Pildid peegeldavad ühe väga armastava, hooliva ja toimeka pere argipäeva. Lihtne tõdemus! Selleks, et pildistada jõulutunnet - piisab ka ühest lihtsast päevast perega!
